Bryan and the front desk was exceptionally helpful. I just had surgery and he was extremely helpful in getting a room for me and the housekeeping folks were quick to make a room ready. Very dirty hotel

This hotel was filthy. There was trash on the bathroom floor and a dirty sock behind the door. we couldn't find the remote and unfortunately looked under the bed (which is where it was). There was all kinds of trash and food under the bed. We told the desk clerk who seemed unconcerned and merely told us he would leave a note for housekeeping. The pool also looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The water was an odd color. The whole hotel needs a good cleaning. Also there is a train that whistles several times during the night.
