Very fabulous location for getting around Tokyo!! It’s covered with quite many main JR lines to the heart of Tokyo, very quick and convenient, plenty food (including late food), drinks, game centres, shopping etc around the station! I would definitely book again. Room is clean, free breakfast and free onsen (it says it is artificial carbonic acid hot spring?). May get quite crowded at night for onsen. Room for 1 person is a bit small, still enough space for luggage packing.

Initially we started little issues for room type booked. After hotels.com helped it was resolved. There many positive things. Location is very handy to the station, family mart and 7-11. Rooms where of decent size compared to Japan standard. Initially it might shock but it was ok as u just sleep in. Washing Machine was very useful. Breakfast was decent although very less for vegetarians. No breads given just couple of pastry items. Night dress and amenities given was definitely great memories for kids. Staffs are friendly they make a real effort to help u. Kind of ok English though as long as u have issues. Overall we enjoyed the stay

The service at this Super Hotel was good and much better than the previous Super Hotel we stayed at. Thanks to the staff for all there effort. There is a carbonated spring in the hotel. This is not a bad place to stay. However, there are a couple of improvement points: firstly the breakfast is essentially the same every day and is kind of not so nice - most of the actual dishes seem to be heavily processed and are not appetising at all and there is no normal bread only danish pastries. Secondly, it would be nice if they provided a set of proper pillows in the room as well as the one strange long one which is good for sitting but not for sleeping. You may need to compete for pillows if you stay here.

地鐵走路很近，附近商店也很熱鬧，備品每天可以拿5種，又有面膜可以敷，晚上又有調酒可以喝，小朋友可以喝果汁，走到很累，回去又可以到3樓泡溫泉，床也很好睡，浴室是美中不足真的小了一點，早餐還不錯，麵包種類有2-3種，平日人比較少，假日用餐真的很滿，附近外面有風色場所，但是對觀光客家庭不太會招攬，赤羽這個地方交通真的很方便，附近也很多地方可以逛也可以採買
