The hotel was very nice. I received prompt service at check-in. The room was clean and cool. It had a nice decor and was very comfortable. We also had a nice view of the Ohio River from the 24th floor of the West Tower. The hotel was conveniently located to dining, entertainment and the convention center where our even was being held. I would definitely stay here again if/when I visit Louisville again!

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Staff is always friendly and inviting. This trip I received a surprise upgrade at no additional cost. I really enjoying staying here it’s always my first choice when I come to Louisville

Great location

Amazing location, very easy drop off and pick up for Bourbon Trail tours. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. My only complaint was sleeping. We had to put our room at 64 degrees just to make it somewhat comfortable (we usually sleep at 70 degrees). The bedding was barely more than a sheet but very warm. I would stay here again despite this.
