The Staffs are so helpful when we were enjoying breakfast at the lobby. Also when I need a clean bags for my laundry and need little fix for our broken luggage. We even asked for extra clean towels and some toilet paper.

The first room we went to was horrible room 617 it smelt like death they stated they were going to come clean it and never did. They then switched us to room 531 had us go to the room with our belongings and they will meet us there. 42min later they never came and we couldn't find the receptionist. Finally found her 42min later smoking outside with other guest

We got there right at check in and the room wasn’t ready. Had to come back in an hour. Then when we finally got our room. We had dirty diapers in the corner of one of the rooms. Why would you even throw diapers over there? Other than those two problems, the place was nice.

Trash not emptied from previous stay.

I checked in and went about the day. When i went through the room to check everything, the garbage under the sink had not been removed from the previous stay. I reported it to the front desk upon going out for the day. When i returned I checked and it was still there. Housekeeping was supposedly notified but they still did not remove it. I was not pleased with that at all.

Very nice hotel would stay there again loved the sana The only thing I did not like was the kitchen ladies breakfast was to be served until 10am and they had things cleaned up by 945am. And they were not friendly. I just went downstairs to get a glass of juice at this time and a group of people came down at 9:45 and there was nothing left and you state you have breakfast until 10 am
