Great location & Updated Room

We had an updated room. Refrigerator in the room was great! Comfortable beds & everything was clean on checkin. We were allowed to use the pool while waiting for our room to be ready. The room cleaning on the 2nd day left a lot to be desired. Beds were not made, dirty towels were left but a clean set of towels was provided.

disappointed

Had the rate of the room been 1/5th of what I paid I would give it a 3 or 4 rating. The room was noisy and paper-thin walls. The bathroom tub was old and stained. They tried to update the bathroom with newer tile floor but that was it. I did not feel comfortable and never received a good night's sleep. Not to mention the evening I checked into my room it was like walking into a walk-in freezer it was so cold (this was August) the A/C was set at 63 degrees. I never warmed up even with the heat on and then trying to take a hot bath where the water only made it to luke warm.
