God placering, men flere mangler

Personale i receptionen talte meget dårligt engelsk og var svære at forstå. Der manglede belysning på værelset (suite) og der var ingen shampoo. Det forventer man er i orden. Hovedpuderne lugtede så surt, at vi var nødt til at få dem skiftet. Vi måtte vente over 1 time på at personalet kom med rene puder. Placering af hotel er god og parkeringshus lige ved siden af.

Personalet viste ikke meget om vejspærringerne da vi kom torsdag, og heller ikke da vi skulle der fra om søndagen, torsdag handlede der om film optagelse og søndag var der marton løb, vi var nødt til at tage fra hotellet inden kl 8, men der var der allerede spæret

Zimmer an der Straße sind schon recht laut, Fenster kann man daher nachts nicht öffnen wenn man schlafen will, dafür ist man mitten in der Stadt. Der Minibar Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht.Keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Im benachbarten Parkhaus habe ich 20,- für eine Nacht bezahlt

Tjek ind ikke så godt ..en ung pige var efterladt alene i receptionen, til check ind tid kl 15, og der var travlt, så ventetiden var lang…andre ældere ansatte var i nærheden, kom også ind i receptionen, men hjalp ikke til! Gik igen, og sad endda udenfor og røg cigaret…ikke et godt signal at sende til gæsterne…vi måtte alle sammen vente længe,og den stakkels pige gjorde det godt, helt alene i en stresset situation..ros til hende..
