2nd time staying here. Excellent hotel with modern amenities. Love the pool and spa in the basement. Mahmet at the front desk really saved the day by providing me with a universal converter free of charge. Excellent customer service and so appreciated. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Got an upgrade to the juinior suite which was very nice, but the bathroom had some black mold in the grout and the mattress and pillows needed to be changed, as they were lumpy and overused. Staff is however nice as always, and the daily cleaning was very good.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is amazing. It is in a great location close to shopping at Kurfürstendamm, the park Tiergarten, and Berlin Zoo. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are a great size. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with many things to choose from. And also great service! We stayed at the hotel because of the Berlin Half Marathon, and they let us all use the showers in the spa. That was amazing. Also, there is parking right under the hotel. Very convenient.

Excellent hotel very close to the zoo, aquarium and Europa centre. Interesting decor throughout the hotel halps it stand out from the other hotels. Great breakfast with a great range of well prepared and well presented food.

Major issues at check-in. We had to change rooms up to four times, and on two occasions, the rooms were already occupied. The hotel made no offer of appropriate compensation, and upon departure, they claimed the rooms had not been paid for—even though they were prepaid before arrival. We had a flight to catch and had no choice but to leave. Everyone understands that mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled was deeply disappointing, especially from a five-star hotel where much more is expected.
