This is our 2nd stay here because Grand Hyatt Jeju was our favourite hotel for the previous trip and remains the best of the 4 hotels we stayed in Jeju for this trip. The hotel staff were perfect in every aspect. We got a room with club access. The room was huge with a spectacular view of the city all the way out to the mountains and sea. While the food choice is limited in the club lounge, the food served is delicious. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the grand kitchen. Looking forward to our next trip to Jeju and we will definitely stay here again.

THE place to stay on Jeju Island

Very comfortable & spacious rooms. Jake, our guest service liaison was gracious & hospitable; recommended several things to do & places to eat. Wish we could have used the pool & jacuzzi but the weather was not conducive to outdoor activities.

This hotel is beautiful! We enjoyed the hotel shopping and restaurants. The indoor pool was amazing and my granddaughter enjoyed some late night swimming after a long day of tours.It was definitely a 10 out of 10.

Good hotel in a good location

Loved how spacious the room, lounge armchair was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the view was great. Service was almost close to perfect but they took a very long time to push the luggage trolley to my room. Not good when you’re in a rush

This hotel is a gem! Our room was spacious with a great view. The hotel has so many property amenities, including a spa, gym, pools, restaurants, and shopping areas. I booked a massage and facial at the spa, and the experience was very relaxing. We ordered room service several times and ate dessert at the Pop-up Plaza, and everything we ordered was delicious. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient. It was a wonderful stay!

Grand Hyatt Jeju, A Very Comfortable Stay

The Grand Hyatt in Jeju is a landmark and it's easy to see why with the massive Dream Tower dwarfing all other buildings in the vicinity. We were graciously offered a free monitor upgrade due to staying multiple nights. There were numerous restaurants in the hotel but we didn't try any, since there were countless options in the surrounding blocks. Again there is a lot of shopping, which we did not take part in, but it was interesting to walk around. The outdoor pool was great and the kids absolutely loved it. The only downside is that both the indoor and outdoor pools get VERY busy as this is a very popular hotel, so we found the sweet spot with going around dinner time while other people are eating. Bonus points that we found out about a free shuttle back to the airport even though the Hyatt website says that you should take a taxi or the bus.

Ok hotel for a Jeju visit

This is a 5 star hotel with lot of good facilities and a great view of Jeju City. Unfortunately, the hotel has a bunch of weird rules, including some fairly hostile pool rules that prevent “children” under 150 cm from swimming in the rather shallow pools. They can only enter if they wear a bizarre and, frankly, borderline humiliating equipment that includes a full body life vest, and some additional flotation equipment that prevent any swimming. Breakfast is very expensive but is also probably one of the best buffets that I have seen. The hotel auto-mailed a welcome email but did not respond to messages. All in all, this was not a 5 star experience but the hotel also placed itself at a price point far below usual 5 star levels.

Built luxurious. Interior feels like Chinese color. Elevator speaker broadcast only english. Signs show only english and chinese. Not recommended for Koreans and non Chinsse visitors.

Perfect, almost

The room IS huge. Although I know beforehand that it's 65sqm, seeing it in person still makes me go WOW! Makes me feel like a rich person staying in a hotel suite. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, room make up service is excellent. The only imperfection is the pillows - too soft for my liking.

Super Big Regular Room

Good location, super big regular room, new and clean, hi-tech, car parking is easy, good outdoor pool, LV style breakfast, for perfectionisum: 1. not sufficient hooks for hanging towels in lavatory 2. second suitcase has to be placed on the floor and 3. there is a place for the first suitcase but even a normal size suitcase will block the sliding wallrobe door

Not staying here again.

Our check in experience was strange. There was a long line at the time we checked in. No one helped us with our luggage. The lobby manager asked if we are Hyatt member, and we happened to be. She then asked if we are elite members or just regular members. We said regular, then she said the general line is the right place. She then came back a minute later and asked if we are staying in a suite or just regular room. We weren’t sure and said regular room, she then confirms again we need to be in the general line for our check-in. I get hotels are trying to give their members perks and privileges, but this feels a bit unwelcoming. There was nothing in the hotels.com or Expedia site that mention this was a casino hotel. We would not have stayed here if we had knew. Please update your site. We were looking for a quiet getaway. The casino noise and crowd were not what we were looking for.

All I can say is fabulous!!! The room size, use of space, decor, and view were top-tier!!!! Treat yourself and your loved ones of visiting JeJu. The location was quite walkable and the laundromat being nearby, added to the awesomeness of the stay! When they say “DREAM TOWER” in the title of this Grand Hyatt, they are NOT exaggerating! There is a mall in the lower level and a casino (which) we didn’t use. I truly wish we could have stayed here for about three more days!!!! The price was far below what one would pay at a Grand Hyatt anywhere else in the world! Absolutely phenomenal!

하얏트 시설은 실외수영장,실내 수영장, 피트니스 센터 그리고 식당과 24시간 편의점과 같이 부족할것없이 좋았습니다. 하지만 2가지 아쉬운점이 있다면 오락실에서 오락한번 하지 못하고 오락기계 3대가 3000원을 흡입하고 600원만 토해냈는데, 문제를 해결해 줄 직원이 상주하지 않았다는 점과, 호텔방 바닥의 카페트 밑에 바퀴벌레가 있어서 저녁에 바퀴벌레 잡으러 다닌점은 아쉽습니다.
