This hotel is a bit far from Jeju airport but it is worth the price. I enjoyed every single thing in this hotel. Kind staffs, amazing view from the room, perfect amenities, delicious breakfast, wonderful service, great location to visit beach, and multiple swimming pools. 2 thumbs up for this hotel!! grand josun will be a reason to go back to jeju. the hotel has the most polite and friendly staff of all south korea! the facility itself was perfect so nothing to complain about there. we had the big suite room in the new building on the top floor. i traveled with family size of 6 so this room fit us perfectly. the view was breath taking and the big jacuzzi with the perfect warm temperature was amazing to sit in during the cold weather especially with the snow falling! the breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food from continental breakfast, chinese and korean food, even pho! the quality of the food was well above average (much better than the local restaurants). our flight was delayed so we panicked but they were very accommodating. the only thing that threw me off was the age policy. expedia defines anyone under 18 as a minor (as it is per law in the U.S.) but the hotel has it as 6th grade…since my boys were in high school, they were over the age limit of the hotel so there was some price adjustments but again, even this issue was addressed so politely and reasonably that I couldn’t complain. we were stranded in jeju island for a few days due to an abnormal weather but this hotel shaved away a chunk of the frustration we felt. I thank the staff there and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting south korea (yes, it will be a reason to visit jeju island). The price tag is not as friendly, but it’s worth it.

주차자리 갯수가 적고 좁아서 옆에 큰 차라도 있으면 엄청 고생합니다. 성인들이 즐길거리가 별로 없는게 아쉬웠습니다. 루프탑도 공간이 아까울정도로 텅 비어있어서 할 게 없더군요. 휴양지답지 않게 활력이 부족한 느낌이었습니다. 침실이나 서비스는 아주 훌륭합니다. 애들 위주로 간다면 추천드립니다.

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed here on my last night in jeju after I did an early check out of the another hotel I was in for it not being clean. Not sure why I didn’t book the Grand Josun the whole time, would have made my trip a lot better. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I just hooked a standard room and the room size was nice and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Only thing was they charged for a sun-bed on the roof top even in the evening which I thought was a bit strange. And a little nickel and dimey. But besides that would stay again!
