The view from the hotel is very beautiful and the location is good, a 10-minute walk from the center of Mykonos. The staff was always kind. We didn't use the pool because of the weather. Only the glass in the shower stall was too short, getting the whole bathroom wet.

The views were great of the harbor. The rooms were nicely furnished and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in all of my years traveling throughout the world. The staff were always helpful and attentive. The only drawback was our shower enclosure leaked when we took a shower running into the other area of the bathroom. The location is nice because you're able to walk downtown, but note its a steep hill up if you're not able to move around easily. Also the public bus is not too far away. So all in all it was a great place to stay.

It is a short walk from the old port and quieter for those who don’t want to be out into the late hours of the night. The concierge was very helpful, as was all of the staff. The Madalena Hotel was excellent in all regards. The room and bed were very comfortable. There’s s beautiful view of the bay and sunsets from the room’s patio. The breakfast was spectacular. I did not like that we had to pay for transportation to and from airport plus a property tax. Also, it would have been nice if something was discounted off due to no running water. We had a paid event to attend working 2 hours of check in and could not get ready properly due to no running water.
