Wonderful stay! In the heart of downtown Manitou Springs, walk to everything. Clean, comfortable, 5 Star. No issue with us, but the pics HOTELS.COM shows is not the Villa Motel, so if you are thinking you are getting cabins? you are not, it is a quaint 2 story motel, with the great 1970-1980's vibe.

We had an excellent stay for one night while our son hiked Pikes Peak. The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful and our beds and pillows were quite comfortable (and I am picky about pillows!) The location is perfect - just a 2 minute walk to explore downtown! We would definitely stay here again!

Adorable hotel. Family friendly and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and shared great places to go while we were in town. Shuttle service to town was across the street, only steps away, but the town was within walking distance. Close to everything! Can’t wait to go back!!

We came to Manitou to hike the Incline. This hotel was perfect. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, friendly helpful staff, and a free shuttle to the incline across the street from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this Motel.
