Very nice hotel to relax and enjoy the views of the town below. Unfortunately, we went to the hotel May 2025 therefore the pool wasnt open. I did find there was an extensive list of rules while on the grounds. Did not bother us as we were only there for 1 night and not the "party" type. Not sure that I would go again there are some amazing properties in the area.

Spend the night in a palace.

The Villa Grazioli is basically a palace that caters to weddings and occasions so basically there are party guests many days and these are "not too quiet". My room was fine, nice bathroom, TV, good shower. I was on the 2nd floor of the main building. I understand that the rooms on the first floor are much superior. Breakfast was good. The pool is a bit far away from the main building and there are not too many parking places on site (you can park across the street in a dedicated parking lot that I was told is under camera supervision. There is a shuttle into town that can be ordered. The staff are vey friendly and helpful. Note that it is NOT in Rome but it the area. 40km from the Fiumicino and much closer to Ciampino. There are many restaurants nearby and Lake Albano is only 10 minutes away.

Enchanted place! Me and my wife enjoyed all the perks of this beautiful place and surrounding. Excellent food in the Hotel and other locations. Breakfast is yummy, staff is super nice. The staff were very polite, spoke well, and were friendly. However the air conditioning unit was turned off during the night by the hotel, in the middle of a heatwave; this was a serious misjudgement which made our stay quite uncomfortable during the night.

This was the perfect ending of our family trip to Italy. The hotel is situated on a hill, with a panoramic view of Rome. We could recognize from distance some places we had visited during our stay. The hotel has decent accommodations, including comfortable beds and high quality linens. Free bottled water if you ask at the reception. What makes this place special, is the history of it. Part of the villa dates from the16-th century. The building was renovated, but still has preserved old frescoes and doors in adjacent hallways ( don't change those), a delight for antique lovers and history buffs. This was a memorable stay in Italy. Very special, and hope to return.

I booked this hotel because I wanted a nice hotel with a swimming pool within an hours drive to Fumicino airport. After I checked in, they told me the pool was closed and not open for the season. This was not posted on the listing. And it was the principle reason why I booked the hotel so I was really disappointed. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful. The town seemed to have zero foreign tourists which is a huge plus. The drive to the airport was more stressful than imagined and took a little longer than google maps predicted. It's worth it to upgrade to a city view room. The breakfast was just OK. They didn't have fresh cut fruit, just whole fruit. The common areas are beautiful I just wish they had updated their listing that their swimming pool was closed.

Living through the beauty of time

Loved this Villa/hotel. If you love character, detailed workmanship of the past, antiques, old masters, art, this is a must do. Staff and food were excellent, too. I am picky about my hotels and this is one we will return to. The closest town is a hotel shuttle ride away and they let you choose from many options for departing and returning on their shuttle. The city of FRASCATI is fun to walk around with great restaurants. Restaurant II Tettuccio was excellent with pasta from scratch to fresh fish to two 5 ounce fillets for (16 euros)that were the best flavor of fat & medium rare meat taste I've had in years. You only had a butter knife to cut it with because it was that tender. Definitely grain fed taste over the grass fed in US. We stayed 3 nights & ate here 2 afternoons. I got a 5 euro side of broccoli & potatoes. The local wine here & at Villa were excellent, too. The breakfast was included, buffet style with lots of fruit, nuts, homemade breads, breakfast cakes, cereal great coffee, cappuccinos, etc. 3-4 nights would be perfect if it's a one time thing.
