Second time coming to this hotel. Staff is very accesible and friendly . Room was very clean and comfortable. They have a little restaurant in the lobby and they had really good menu and I dined in the 2 days I was there . Very pleasant experience and will come here again on my next visit !

Esta muy bien ubicado junto a la alameda, te puedes mover caminando a la zona turistica. En cuanto al ruido de los alrededores en realidad no es tanto, nada que impida un buen descanso. La atención del personal es muy buena,

Quizá el único punto negativo que le vi fue que en los primeros cuartos (que me tocó el 2) se escuchaba claro el ruido del personal, las pláticas en las noches y en las mañanas las conversaciones, porque pues las paredes son delgadas, igual en parte nos llegamos a sentir un poco incómodos por eso y las vistas que tenía el cuarto hacia pues el comedor jaja no favorece que el comedor este justo frente a las primeras 2 habitaciónes, y el cuarto para 2 es algo chico a comparación de otros hoteles, fuera de eso el personal siempre fue amable

Muy cerca de la Alameda, a la Catedral, al Palacio de Hierro, tiene estacionamiento, No me gusta que la cortina del baño no cierra en su totalidad y el WC se moja . La habitacion no. 12 tienw mucho escalon , primero para entrar a la habitacion, luego para subir donde esta la cama, escalon para entrar al baño, no hay closet donde poder colgar tu ropa. Esta todo limpio, los calcetines no se ensucian al caminar descalzo. El personal es atento, amable, respetuoso. El hotel esta bien pero para mi, que tengo problemas de rodillas es muy complicado porque los escalones estan en cada moviento para trasladarte hasta en el mismo piso. Si me volveria a hospedar con el cuidado de pedir habitacion sin escalones y tener cuidado al caminar por los escalones que hay desde que entras al hotel.

Mala actitud de la rcepcion ,parece ser que la gente que llega con Expedia reciben otro trato,yo ya habia conocido este hotel en otra ocacion me parecia comodo y bien ubicado,ahora tiene uno que pedir favor para que te den otra toalla. Fuimos 2 personas y solo 1 toalla para secarse. Me negaron el desayuo porque no se incluia con Expedia ,entonces entendi que para bajar los precios los restan de los beneficios que ofrece el hotel. Como cliente me fui decepcionado de este hotel que me gustaba anteriormente. Estuve 4 noches y no disfrute el lugar para nada. Les agradezco pero hara se lo que tengo que hacer.
