A equipe não foi gentil. Foi protocolar. A equipe em sua maior parte destoa da qualidade do hotel. Destaque para o atendimento do restaurante que este sim é excelente. Na maior parte do tempo a equipe da recepção parece cansada e aborrecida ou em tedio profundo. O quarto é muito limpo e a arrumação excelente.

Acredito que a administração tenha mudado de um ano para cá porque no ano passado fiquei hospedada este hotel e não tive problemas, por isso retornei. Sou do Rio e me hospedei para a corrida das 10 milhas da garoto. Tomei um café rapido antes da corrida e quando cheguei perguntei se poderia tomar café porque saí muito cedo para a corrida e quase não comi. A atendente foi chamar outra pessoa que me perguntou se eu só havia bebido café ou comi. Achei uma atitude tão mesquinha com cliente que me fez ter a certeza de nao voltar mais. Esse tipo de pergunta não cabe em atendimento de hotel, mas se mudou e está assim, eu decido ficar em outro lugar. Meus amigos que se hospedaram em outros hoteis não tiveram esse problema, somente no Ibis da praia do canto.

Local ok, atendimento ruim.

Tinha um sabonete usado no meu banheiro quando cheguei. Os funcionários, tanto da recepção quanto do café, parecem que estão sendo obrigados a te responder, as vezes nem respondem o "bom dia". Tirando o rapaz que recolhia os pratos da mesa do café que era educado, todos os outros tratam com um desprezo como se atender fosse um enorme incômodo. E ainda ficam falando alto, reclamando sobre horários e sobre os outros turnos. O café da manhã é ok, sabores bons.
