The room was spacious and clean, with a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance.There are three breakfast restaurants, but the variety of food was limited, and I was disappointed.The front desk staff was inexperienced during late-night hours.The restaurant staff was unfriendly and couldn't speak English.Not all front desk staff speak English, so I had to wait for an English-speaking staff member.

The property is relatively new. But it’s in the middle of no where, travel to other places requires long wait of buses or taxi.

Overall experience is not bad given its price. However, food variety at breakfast, and pillow quality and choices have to be improved. I got bored of the breakfast on day 2 given the limited and not- so- healthy food choices. The pillow quality is not up to standard neither (I know it's a 4 star hotel).

Simple and spacious shopping area inside hotel. Check in lobby too small. Shower in the room is not good because it cannot hold on to the rack as water pressure makes the handle stand straight and cannot band down, need to hand holding when shower.

They insisted on a 6-digit internal code, causing over an hour delay. While they eventually found the booking, no explanation was given for the issue. I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. A late check-out doesn't adequately compensate for the negative experience. I trust you'll address this with the hotel to prevent future occurrences.
