É sempre um prazer me hospedar no Cristal Palace, começando pelo atendimento já na recepção, todos muito solícitos , nao podendo esquecer do pessoal da limpeza e das "meninas " do refeitório : educadas, atenciosas . Impecável a limpeza do apartamento e áreas comuns, mesmo com um dos elevadores em reforma. Super recomento.

Hotel muito bem localizado, camas confortáveis, ar condicionado, excelente café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. O hotel poderia reavaliar a reconstrução da piscina, fez falta, pois a cidade é bastante quente.

Viagem a trabalho. O hotel possui uma localização excelente, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, cafés, farmácias e outros serviços essenciais. Destaque para o restaurante Choppão, que oferece refeições deliciosas a preços justos. O quarto é confortável, com camas aconchegantes e um banheiro bem equipado, garantindo uma estadia agradável.
