Took a hotel to participate in a charity Marathon in Sully sur Loire. Basic good hotel. People were very nice (reception and breakfast)

Staff very kind and available to give support to customers. The hotel had a great wifi connection which let to be connected all the time, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom is small but very clean. I would stay there again if I visited that city one more time.

Not a 3 star hotel. There is just no way. More like a 1 star hotel. Disgusting place. Spilled drink everywhere, even the ceiling!?! The carpet is terribly stained. There was mold on the hair dryer?!? The pictures are not representative of the state in which the rooms are actually. Pictures shows a brand new hotel, not a run down and filthy hotel.

Very small rooms, but clean. In the centre nearby the old centre. Breakfast was not good. We asked for gluten-free breakfast for one person. This was 4 crackers and some cookies. The coffee tasted awful. The regular breakfast had a wide variation but the quality was bad. All of this together: the rates were too high for the quality. We will not return to this hotel again

Perfect, except ridiculous lift and rude response

This is a typical Ibis right next to Orléans station and close to the historic area. It's everything you need and nothing fancy but clean and well located. Here is the ridiculous part. There are 4 rooms where your room key will not allow you to access the lift security. Mine was one of these. I found out after checked in and tried to get back in the lift. The man behind the desk then said I have to approach the desk every time I need to use the lift. Not acceptable. His response was rude and unhelpful. Beware the bald man with glasses.

La chambre est correcte et confortable, le petit dĂ©jeuner est Ă©galement correct mĂȘme si toutes les viennoiseries sont surgelĂ©es (on apprĂ©cierait du frais du boulanger, mais pour le prix on ne peut rien redire). Bref, c’est la qualitĂ© qu’on attend d’un IBiS mais avec de superbes et sympathiques hĂŽtesses d’accueil 😊
