Nice hotel, but car park was paid during stay.
Nice old hotel, in city centre excellent food, friendly staff.
Only disappointment was, I got confirmation e-mail after booking stating car parking will be charged because accommodation was booked through third party. Simply moving goal posts after booking is completed and paid.

The building looks amazing. And the front desk staff is friendly and very welcoming. But the rooms are very shabby. Felt dirty and needed a good clean. Bed was very hard and was not fresh. Ended up checking out and not staying the night.

Great Hotel
We booked three nights in Stirling, we had little to no expectations of this hotel as we simply decided the town was a good location for our visit. We loved this hotel, will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Staff were great and helpful. Good location as well. everything was great. The only issue we had was trying to use the gym and the spa facilities. I think maybe there is memberships for locals who seem to think that its their own personal gym and spa and hotel guests are not welcome. As well as the personal trainer in the gym that looked most disgusted when we tried to use the equipment. He started claiming bits of equipment so we weren't able to use them. If you need a nice comfortable stay in a good location this is the place for you. but I wouldn't bother trying to use the facilities your not welcome.
