Top: HanseDom vom Hotel aus, leider mit Extrakosten. Tierpark gegenüber und das Einkaufszentrum welches Ende des Jahres fertig gebaut ist.

Leider wird es im Internet mit Innenpool und Außenpool beschrieben, sodass man annimmt dass das Hotel einen eigenen Pool hat. Dem ist aber nicht so. Der Pool der hier beschrieben wird gehört zum Hanse Dom Schwimmbad, der einen Zugang vom Hotel hat und man immer Eintritt bezahlt. Man bekommt zwar als Gast des Hotels 15%Rabatt, allerdings stell ich mir unter der Beschreibung mit Pool was anderes vor. Sehr schade. Das Hotel ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es roch im Zimmer etwas alt und die Möbel sowie Belag sibd sehr abgenutzt. Die Bilder im Internet versprechen mehr als was man bekommt. Leider ist zur zeit auch nebenan eine große Baustelle. Es gibt viel Lärm in der Gegend auch durch den Verkehr und den Lkws, die nebenan im Kaufhaus ausladen. Sehr schade. War bestimmt mal ein schönes Hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt. Am schlimmsten ist der Bodenbelag auf den Fluren. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr einladend eingerichtet,aber sauber. Erstaunlich fand ich, das man im Restaurant nur Menü essen konnte, das ist für ein Familienfreundliches Hotel doch ungewöhnlich erklärt aber, das der Pizzaservice und Mac Donalds Lieferservice sich die Klinke in die Hand gaben.Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Gutes Frühstück. Die Matratzen im ersten Zimmer waren durchgelegen. Nach Zimmerwechsel auf Grund eines defekten Türschloss deutlich bessere Matratzen. Die Toiletten waren in beiden Zimmern schmutzig. Das Restaurant ist überteuert (7€ für eine zweite Scheibe Fleisch auf dem Cheeseburger). Auch der Wellnessbereich (Sauna) ist ziemlich teuer (3 H Sauna pro Erw. 20,40€ inkl. Hotelrabatt.

Alles war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist zwar alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles heil und man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen. Mit kostenlosem Leihbademantel und Saunatuch ist auch ein Besuch im aufpreispflichtigen Thermenbereich sehr komfortabel möglich.
