Family friendly hotel with great facilities in a lovely location. Helpful staff and a reasonable price. Some elements are a bit tired but for the price we couldn’t really complain! Would recommend.

This hotel is very convenient to Fontainebleu. It's a straight shot and only about 10 miles away. It's also a nice little rural location with an adjacent farm with goats. There were horses nearby as well. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming and the rooms were nice and clean.

It’s a very nice location. Breakfast was super nice and staff was friendly. I was a bit disapointed by the spa and the fitness. There was no more running machine as described in the picture. Ok one could also run in the forest but I did not have much time. As for the room it was nice and big. Still had nighmares though but i dont know if it’s cause Im sensitive or because there was actually something wrong.

A very disappointing visit in a very shabby hotel. Room was at the far end of a very shabby building and through untidy corridors. Water cooler with no cups and coffee machines without coffee or cups. The room was clean but shabby. Flush on toilet hanging off the wall. QR code for hotel information not working. Restaurant has a very limited menu and many flies around it. My husband was ill the day after we stayed here. Can’t believe it has a 4 star rating. Staff were good.

Le personnel est vraiment au top. La chambre familiale bien trop petite pour 4 Du moisi sur les murs Des rideaux tachĂ©s de sang Notre chambre Ă©tait d’un prix moyen Je pense que celle Ă  plus de 300 euros n’ont pas ce genre de dĂ©sagrĂ©ment Les Ă©quipements ,piscine, terrain de tennis,table de ping pong,transats tout y est. Il manque cependant pour les jeunes enfants une balançoire et un toboggan, le parc Ă©tant trĂšs grand, il y a la place. L'hĂŽtel est globalement en trĂšs bon Ă©tats mais de nombreux petits dĂ©tails, en particulier dans les chambres laissent Ă  dĂ©sirer : les finitions et retouches de peintures sont trĂšs approximatives, le coffre ne fonctionnait pas Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et nous avons dĂ» changer de chambre au milieu de la premiĂšre nuit Ă  cause d'une coupure de courant, certainement Ă  cause de la bouilloir en dĂ©faut. Le personnel a nĂ©anmoins fait tout son possible pour palier au mieux ces problĂšmes. Le Novotel cafĂ© offre une cuisine originale et dĂ©licieuse servie trĂšs aimablement. La piscine et le sauna sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables, mĂȘme si de nombreux enfants rendent ladite piscine sans doute moins calme en cette saison estivale.

Chambre pas prĂȘte avant 19h sans ĂȘtre prĂ©venue. Puis on m’a donnĂ© une chambre mal nettoyĂ©e (draps sales, mouchoir sur le sol etc). Serrures qui ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai du attendre par 2 fois 30 mn pour entrer dans ma chambre. Tv qui dysfonctionnelle, j’ai du faire appel 2 fois Ă  la rĂ©ception pour qu’on la repart. L’électricitĂ© de la chambre a dysfonctionnelle. Suite Ă  une erreur de la rĂ©ception on m’a fait payer 2 fois le sĂ©jour, j’ai Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©e du trop payĂ© aprĂšs m’ĂȘtre plainte. J’ai Ă©galement payĂ© 2 fois les taxes de sĂ©jour. Je m’en suis aperçue aprĂšs selon dĂ©part j’ai dĂ» retourner sur place pour me faire rembourser du trop payĂ©. MalgrĂ© tout ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments, aucun geste de la par de l’hĂŽtel mĂȘme pas un verre d’eau en attendant ma chambre.
