Rooms are very clean and very comfortable,you have everything you need. Food is not really for my taste. Cocktails are fantastic. Spa is very good,clean. Thanks to hotel team who organised champagne and desert plate for my birthday,that was very thoughtful.

Amazing

Excellent hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The luxuries you get with preferred club are great and worth the extra. Perfect location - right by the beach and marina. Can't wait to come back!

Had an amazing 4 night stay, check in was not great however the hotel was excellent, stayed in a preferred club room and the swim up pool was really nice.

Perfect stay. Staff lovely and friendly. Weather not brilliant in Mid Jan but far nicer than being at home. Plenty to see in area around with long walks along the promenade and marina or further afield if you rent a car.

The property itself doesn't feel like 5 star hotel, feels a little outdated, poor gym equipment and minimal dining options but people made all the difference which is why we really enjoyed our stay!

Over priced especially for preferred club which doesn’t really offer you anything more. Service was quite poor and queues were bad for restaurant. We were there 4 nights and 2 of the restaurants we wanted to go to closed on those days, over a weekend which seemed off.

Great hotel overall. This was our second visit this year we have noticed however the staff are not as good as they were before. We stayed in a pool view preferred club room and had a partial ocean view. Room was great, breakfast was nice apart from trying to get a coffee was almost impossible. The two main ladies on breakfast in the preferred lounge are great but on a weekend they are not there and it's a bit chaotic. We found the restaurants in the hotel were not great last time so mainly ate out as there are lots of choice at the marina and in the town. We stayed one evening for drinks in the hotel and again it was chaotic. Trying to get a drink was a real chore and made it unpleasant so we just left and went to a local bar. The staff on the drinks and bar were not really nice and almost feel angry that they serve you. The check out was brief and the lady said about 3 words to us and didn't even ask if we had a nice time! The cleaning staff are very hit and miss. Not sure if we will return a 3rd time.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay at Dreams but the hotel does not have a 5 Star feel about it. The building itself I has a somewhat dated appearance and does not exude the luxury and quality that we expected. We booked b&b Preferred Club. Our room was fine with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The daily included drinks and snacks were welcome. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied but table service for hot drinks was a little lacking. Many bowls were chipped and we noticed numerous dirty plates. The main pool area is a little tired, many parasols are ripped and/or damaged and some unusable. The sunbeds are cheap plastic ones and some dirty from spilled drinks etc. I was surprised there was no waiter service around the pool for a 5 Star hotel but no problem for us. We tried the Preferred Club pools but they were not our scene - small, quiet and isolated but might suit others. The Preferred Club lounge provided inclusive snacks and soft drinks all day until 6.00 pm which was a welcome perk though was actually a bit naff. The snacks were basic, the coffee machine was out of action on 3 occasions, the tables not cleaned etc. The evening entertainment was varied and good though the venue is makeshift at the bottom of the main stairs in the bar area. Obtaining a seat with a view is tricky with numerous columns in the seating area. We dined at Marina Rubicon every night so can’t comment on the hotel’s restaurants. We had a good time but would not return.

Für Familie mit Kinder kann man diesem Hotel empfehlen. Das Essen ist super und der Umgebung direkt am Strand und Hafen ist ein Traum.

Terrible experience

I paid €440 to upgrade and was put next to the bins where my my children were woken up constantly by noise. If not the bin lorry’s then the glass collection and then a lorry collecting wood.

L’hôtel avec son magnifique emplacement… face à l’Océan, donnant une vue sur le port et la plage en sable fin . Et au loin, l’île de Fuerteventura et la petite île de Lobos … Tout était parfait avec un service très professionnel. Un petit merci particulier à Sandra et Alvaro … nous reviendrons sûrement.
