The view is stunning, old rooms needing major upgrades, very old fashioned, the bathroom is like an old apartment in NYC, uncomfortable bed, no convenient charging, it basically needs an overhaul. Decent breakfast, but the dinner restaurants are awful and pricey, don’t waste your money.

Amazing place, amazing location. Excellent service. We attended the llao llao tea, the room is perfect with breathing view. Our only observation is that there are too many sweets in the buffet and ver few salty options.

This property is absolutely beautiful and it’s location is magnificent! The rooms though need renovation, they are a outdated. The breakfast was excellent. The menu on both of the restaurants are some what limited but good. We did not use the spa, so no comments about that. Overall the place is very good and worth the trip!

The only thing I would change is the addition of a water kettle and/our a coffee maker in the room. For early risers it is impossible to get coffee until the restaurant opens for breakfast

Excelente estrutura em um lindo lugar, mas...

A estrutura do hotel é realmente grandiosa e linda, especialmente se você pegar um quarto na ala nova (Moreno). Por outro lado, o hotel se ressente de uma gestão mais cuidadosa, pecando muito nos serviços. Para começar, o serviço de concierge é pouco proativo para ajudar o hóspede a desenhar sua experiência em Bariloche. Mandam tudo para uma agência que é nitidamente preguiçosa e oferece o mínimo pelo máximo do preço, esperando que o hóspede se vire para arrumar os detalhes do que fazer (por exemplo: oferecem passeios sem incluir o transfer desde o hotel, que é isolado). O wifi não funciona bem. Além disso, ligaram pro meu quarto no meio da madrugada, me acordando, para dizer que haviam detectado fumaça num quarto onde duas pessoas apenas dormiam. A experiência vale o preço, mas está longe de oferecer serviços de luxo, mais em linha com o que cobram.

Nova lua de mel em Bariloche

Hotel localizado num local deslumbrante, porém longe e difícil acesso do centro de Bariloche. O Hotel é antigo, mas está quase todo remodelado. Atendimento excelente. Calefação confortável em todo hotel. Quartos amplos e aconchegantes, porém o banheiro não tem box e sim um chuveiro dentro de uma pequena banheira com cortina. Café da manhã impecável e variado. Restaurante Asador Criollo é imperdível. A piscina é aquecida e também é imperdível. O Spa não utilizamos porém as instalações e informações dizem que são excelentes. É cobrado 18 dólares por hóspede por dia como tx de resort. O estacionamento (caso tenho carro) também é cobrado. Claro que tudo isso não é barato, infelizmente.

Hotel dos Sonhos porém necessita alguns ajustes.

Localização e decoração maravilhosa. Restaurantes, refeições muito boas atendimento deixa a desejar poucos funcionarios não conseguem dar atenção adequada a todos. Custo deveriam deixar claro no momento da reserva a taxa de 18 dolares por dia por pessoa referente a taxa de utilização do resort.

Hotel lendário!!!

Hotel muito lindo, lendário, único! Paisagem maravilhosa. Ficamos na ala reformada que já possuem ar condicionado. Quartos pequenos e sem nenhum atrativo (cafeteira, variedades no frigobar,…). Os quartos do primeiro andar não são acessíveis pelo elevador. Somente escada. Os funcionários da recepção e concierge muito atenciosos e solicitos. Os funcionários do bar muito confusos e demorados. No restaurante principal, poucos funcionários na hora do jantar, o que faz com que o serviço seja mais lento e demorado. Café da manhã muito bom, variado. Serviço de room service ok. Piscina aquecida muito boa. Como è na beira do lago, tem um diferencial de alugarmos barcos para passeios. Muito bom o serviço. Falta uma loja de conveniência. Eu achei o hotel ótimo mas não condiz com o preço. Exorbitantemente caro pelo que oferecem.

Beautiful property & serene surroundings with excellent service. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet and dinners. Staff at every level were warm, welcoming and helpful. The concierge ( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer.
