The check-in was easy and the property was secure. The breakfast was fair. Eggs were rubbery and cold, the orange juice was not real orange juice, and the bread was not fresh. The room and carpet were dated, the walls were thin, the air conditioner vents were broken/missing and the toilet caulking was not acceptable.

decent enough spot if you need somewhere to lay your head. Alarm clock set to wrong time, some of the lights did not work, a few flies in the room, small fridge did not close easily. Had to go a few rounds with it just to close. Pull out sofa bed did not come with sheets. Had to go to the lobby to request.

I had a great experience during my stay at Best Western Salisbury Plaza. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service at the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about making my experience a positive one. From check-in to check-out, his attention to detail and willingness to help made a big difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again
