Delightful! Everything about our stay at this Ibis Hotel exceeded expectations. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a large chain. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast Buffet was amazing! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Paris.

Walking distance to Metro, Opera district and department stores. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary hot beverages throughout the day. As my check-out was very early and had to miss breakfast, the staff packed a light breakfast for me.

This place was in a great location, with a bunch of cafes on the same street. There was a metro stop just a short walk away. The room itself was small and didn't have a ton of character, but it worked for what we needed, and was clean. The front desk always had someone there and I liked how they had a water fill station and bottles to borrow.

Really friendly staff which were extremely helpful. They also made our experience much easier by translating to English (we did try a little French but very rusty!). The breakfast was superb with a good range of food and drinks. The hotel room itself was great. Lovely views of the street below with a double opening window. Air conditioning worked very well to keep us cool. Staff seemed to clean the room daily, giving us fresh sheets and towels each day. Thank you to all hotel staff and cleaners for a great stay!

We saw a total of 4 roaches in our bathroom for the three night stay. Management agreed to give us a new room but never bothered to follow-up. During our checkout, we were told it could be worse with rats such as in other hotels. Saying this didn’t exactly help us for future stays.

Fantastic Hotel, Great service, Awesome Facilities. Every details was thought about at the Ibis Paris Grand Boulevards. They even had a water fountain that served sparkling water for you to fill your bottles - a big saving when travelling as you go through so much water and have to buy it all. The breakfast was great, the staff so helpful - a travellers every need was anticipated. They even had a fridge of heat and eat food if you came in late. Far from a budget feel - it felt homey and you felt cared about. One of the best economical hotels I’ve used!

This hotel is tired. It’s needs updating. The electrics on the 4th floor kept tripping. The staff were great and swiftly dealt with it. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location but it definitely needs refurbishing.

Ideally located in the rue du faubourg montmartre. The hotel is fair, design of rooms doesnt look like the pictures. But surface is acceptable in paris standards. The temperature was way too cold and heating not opérational. Hopefully the hotel personnel helped with an additional heater but not as convenient as normal central heating. Nice staff.

Rooms are extremely (too) small. The cieling of my room was only a few inches above my head (I'm 6 foot). TV was not working and the bathroom fan was always on during the night. My room was in the 6th floor but the elevator reaches only the 5th floor and then you have to walk you luggage the last floor. No concierge offered to carry the lugguge anyway. 350€ for all of this is way too much. The only positive thing is the location, very nice.

Breakfast has the same menu options. We stayed for 6 nights. They had apples that were rotten. It is better to not have apples rather than having apples that are rotten. Includes some bananas. They are cheap. The flap board under the shower kept falling down. Water was leaking from the shower into the bathroom floor. A very poor experience. Some staff members were helpful while others were not. There is no safety box in the room. For the amount charged, they should include a safety box in the room instead of asking us to use the community office room with safety boxes on the first floor.

We stayed for 4 nights at Ibis Grands Boulevards Opéra Paris. Our first two nights at the hotel have been horrible! Each night we got bitten by multiple mosquitoes that were inside the room (our window was closed). Consequently, we woke up multiple times, had to hunt them down and therefore couldn‘t sleep properly. Actually, we got 4 hours of sleep at most. This is quite the opposite of what a nice holiday weekend in Paris looks like! We understand that this can happen at any hotel, but what really bothered us was the way the hotel managed this issue. Mosquitoes are a big problem in Paris, they said upon our complaint and offered to change the room that was further away from the street. But they didn’t say anything about this mosquito issue upon checking-in nor was there any information whatsoever. To make things worse, the bed is not really comfortable and the shower is tiny. So, by and large and considering the relatively expensive rooms, we just didn’t feel good at this hotel and wouldn‘t recommend it!
