Horaire d’Accès à la piscine restreinte, 12h à 19h. Hôte cassé mais fonctionnel et distributeur de gel douche qui s’est décoller dans la douche. Hotel correct et bien située. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Ficamos sete dias,pedimos limpeza e informaram que só no sexto dia, no meu modo de ver falta de inteligência, e gestão! Ao entrarmos no apartamento, percebemos o fogão sujo engordurado, algumas louças mau lavadas. Camas e roupas de cama e banho, muito boas em tamanho e qualidade. Pessoa que trabalha na recepção durante o dia totalmente atrapalhada.

Das Zimmer ist modern und geräumig und hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, bei Anfragen wirkte abweisend. Die Lage in der Nähe eines Parks ist gut, jedoch nicht so gut an die Rodalie und Metro angebunden.

Rude staff, dirty rooms, bad value for money Awful

Paid for a room with a balcony but was put on the only floor of the hotel that didnt have balconies. Tried to get this sorted out at reception and was told to come back the next day and we would be moved. Went back the next day and the staff member on the desk was incredibly rude, didnt want to listen to what we were saying and insisted the hotel was full even though we could see there were rooms still available online with balconies. Outdoor area closes at 7pm, you are not permitted to sit outside after this time which is ridiculous as theres nothing else in the area. The cleanliness is abysmal, the cleaners didnt even try to enter our room in the time we were there, no clean towels given either, even upon request. The check in process is as absolute nightmare!

Zimmer waren sauber und groß. Liegt zwar am Stadtrand, wobei alles sehr gut erreichbar ist. Einziges Manko, was wirklich störend war...die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. In unserem Gang war es teiweise unglaublich laut und das mitten in der Nacht.
