Check in process was a little bad. Got told check in was at 3pm and then later got told that room wasn't going to be ready until 7pm. We had to be pushy with the receptionist until they gave us the room like around 4:30. If we were not pushy they would've given it to us until 7pm

I love the lap pool on the roof top, it allows me to exercise effectively. I also like the running track nearby at El Batan park, it is half a mile per lap. The room is modern, convenient, the shower is excellent. We asked for an extra desk chair for my husband at the long desk; very convenient. We also asked for a desk lamp, it was very helpful. It only surprised me that after forgetting a pair of shoes at the pool, the staff took the shoes "to the front desk," but it took the staff about half an hour to bring them downstairs, and meanwhile I could not reach the shoes anywhere myself. The room is quiet even though it is in a noisy city. The hotel is in the same campus as nice cafes, a pharmacy and an OfficeMax.

Siempre es un placer visitar ese hotel. Sin embargo en esta ocasión la señorita que nos recibió, Viridiana, nos dejó esperando en una fila sin atendernos para el check in. Y cuando le pregunté si podía ayudarnos pues, solo me pidió las reservación y me dijo de mala manera que “en donde la había contratado” que no la encontraba. Que no estaba la reservación. Posteriormente le ayudó otra compañera y encontró la reservación pero ella ni siquiera aclaró el punto. La reservación que hice era para dos habitaciones distintas y cuando la otra persona titular de la siguiente habitación se presentó volvió a decir que NO estaba su habitación, que la reservación solo era una habitación. Tuvieron que volver a ayudarla para encontrarla y aún así se comportó indiferente sin siquiera aclararnos que ya la había encontrado. Fue un trago muy amargo para iniciar el hospedaje pero puedo decir que posteriormente todo estuvo agradable como siempre. Gracias al resto del personal, sobre todo a Juan a carlos que en terraza o restaurante, siempre nos ha atendido muy bien.

No se me hace adecuado que a tu llegada te cobren el estacionamiento. En ninguna parte de la reserva dice que te lo cobran. No es el monto ($120) pero en Mexico no se acostumbra cobrarlo. En especial a los huéspedes. Me cae muy mal esa práctica.
