The hotel took me back to the 1990's with the decor. It was a nice hotel which was not too far from shopping, the highway and the locations we needed to attend a wedding. The breakfast was nice with the usual offerings of waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, oatmeal, pastries, fresh fruit and yogurt. The front desk staff was always accommodating and usually had freshly baked cookies for the guests (paired well with the hot coffee and hot tea in the front lobby).

The rooms seemed to be updated and I liked that the rooms didn't have carpet (vinyl flooring instead), but the beds were very worn and used and there was a lot of dirt and dust still in the corners of the room. The breakfast was fine but everything was with plastic forks and cheap Styrofoam plates. Coffee was awful. The pool was cold and small but the hot tub was nice.
