Safe area, but the hotel looked abandoned, and the hot water did not work; no cold coke machine was out of order, as was the ice machine. The room smelled of weed.

Person at the desk was nice. Room sub par due to dirty baseboards, dingy sheets, sink cracked in pieces, curtain had 3 holes in them, bathroom door doesn’t close,toilet has stains in it, jiggly faucet, bucket under the sink to catch water and last but not least, no coffee pot!!!

The manager or host on duty was amazing! She answered all my questions and concerns. She was having technical difficulties but did not allow that to take away from her customer service attitude. It was a comfortable stay. I would recommend family to stay there when we return in May for a family graduation. Thank you so much!

The bathroom sheet rock was rotten and covered in big patches of black mold. All behind the toilet and all above the ahower. Boothroom door would shut all the way and the toilet seat would move to a point where it would hit the bathroom door when you closed it. Towel and clothing racks were bent badly.

It was not so great, key card didn't work at first, toilet did not flush right. When I checked out no person at desk had to call a number, I was told to leave key in room and lock door. I had to go back up the steps to do so.

Opened our door to room 112 and watched dozens of roaches scatter. Moved rooms the appeared to be roach free but found the place to be very filthy. I suggest anyone else to spend a little more and go someplace else.

Got there staff lsdy wouldnt and saud could domthe reservations, inconvenient bc i was there for aunt funeral . Had to try and find dooms fle me and other person . Staff argued with me and my dad to the point he was just cast stay here. Staff party called her manager she said that person argued with us and we only try to show reservations to her staff there. So card can't and shouldnt be charged bc staff said never checked in coporate will be called

There was no kind of breakfast, the room did not have enough furniture had one chair on it. And that chair needed to be in the trash. The critters took over my room, it had one in the bed. They came in under the door, they made noises all night. I felt like I should al least get some of my money back. But the lady that came by to ask did we need anything she was great, and the lady at the front, she was great as well. I will never go back there. Thank you

There was a smell of smoke when we walked in and several burn holes on our sheet-thin bed cover, with more on the toilet seat & bathtub. There was a large space before the bed area - a private dance floor, we wondered? - where, ostensibly, a couch or chair and perhaps a table would be in a “suite.” On the bathroom door there were 9 different stains in various shades of makeup, like someone was trying to determine the right foundation color, and splatter was around the light switch. Since both of these wiped off easily with our dingy washcloth, I can only assume that whoever cleaned, if anyone, did a very poor job. Maybe they wanted to avoid the stopped up sink so they skipped it. The bottom of the shower curtain was covered with dark mildew. Finally, the curtain on our window had a half-dozen holes where the sun poured through. A fire alarm went off after midnight, and firemen came knocking at our door. When one came in to check our alarm, he asked, “Did it smell like smoke when you got here?” The only positives in this room were a full-sized and clean refrigerator, and a mural of a cypress swamp.

I picked this property because it was convenient for the place I needed to go and it had a low price. However, there were several things that even a 2-star or 3-star motel should have fixed. 1) The staff didn't seem to fully understand our needs and the questions we were asking although they were polite. 2) The metal plate into which the deadbolt should fit was not lined up so the deadbolt wouldn't close. The staff told us nobody can come into the room because the door handle will not go down to open the door from the outside and the little security apparatus will only let the door open a crack if the door does happen to open. 3) The matresses were elevated on metal frames which banged with a metal sound whenever you got on the bed and sometimes when you moved on the bed...horrible! 4) The TV was horrible. It offered some 3rd rate package of show that you never heard of, you couldn't choose channels and had to use the channel selector button up or down to scroll through channels. Then, on the second day we got "regular" channels that you find on most cable offerings. 5) The ironing board holder was positioned on the wall so close to where you hang your clothes that once getting it off of the wall you couldn't get it back on. Also, the iron was not cleaned as the handle was sticky. 6) There was no place to sit in the room other than one office style chair or the horrible metal-clanking bed, which was so high that you couldn't sit on it to put on your shoes or do
