Clean room , but becoming tired - e.g. bath and bathroom surfaces stained, and no non-slip mat for bath. Service and helpfulness of staff was excellent and it is a great location. Window could have been cleaner.

Beautiful hotel, busy on cruise days

This hotel is beautiful, the outdoor pool was heated and was empty in the morning for a quick swim. Only negative is that being a hotel used for cruise guests it was very busy on certain days, the pool was full on the day we arrived as a Disney cruise was leaving the next day
