The front desk personal was top notch had a small problem and she accommodated us right away no problem no fuss. Pleasantly surprised at the service. You didn't have to pull a tooth to get towels or good service. Pool was clean and for the price it was a safe and secure hotel

Ok but not good.

Upon arrival, there were dirty kleenex in the dispenser in the restroom. They're were broken tiles throughout the hotel and overall, it looks run down, dirty and not well kept. We stayed here at the recommendation of my daughter who stayed a couple of years ago and she states it was much nicer then. Hotel staff was wonderful.

The staff was nice, except one lady who was trying to leave when we were checking in, but the girl who took over was very kind. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The ceiling had some mold on it, tub had hair in it (wall and floor) from previous guests, toilet paper holder wouldn't hold the toilet paper so it kept falling off, and there were brown smudges on the walls.

It was very good. Everything was nice as usual. The bathroom looked in need of work. The breakfast was great, staff was very attentive for the guests. They still have a great variety of items cereals, breads and fruits. The grounds are clean and maintained. The pool was nice. This is a preferred hotel for our stay, it's just comforting.

Oops, we stumbled into where the prostitutes were working. Yikes! A topless girl was having her photos taken at the entrance by her prostitute co-workers. Oh dear, kids look away. Bad neighborhood. A baby daddy came up and gave a woman a stack of money, she put it in her bra and drove away with her infant on her lap while my kids looked on in shock. It didn’t feel safe. But the hotel itself was good and clean. They should police the property better, but their staff was delightful! The carpet was sticky and bathrooms were a bit moldly. If you are sensitive to mold, don’t stay here. But the mattress was heavenly, and the bathroom was adequate.
