The location is excellent, can walk to most of the sightseeing area and museum. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room size is not small and very clean. Just one small thing is the bath door which next to the bed, it has loud sound when close the bath room door. But it is not big deal. The hotel has valet parking. I will stay at this hotel again.

What a fantastic stay. From the lovely warm welcome, the fabulous helpful staff, to the very comfortable, well equipped and quiet room, we had such a perfect base for our short trip to London. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! We were in London for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the theatre and needed somewhere local to stay and this ticked all the right boxes. Parking was easy to find and as long as you don’t have a tall car you’ll get in no problem! We checked in with a nice friendly man on reception at just gone 12pm and they showed us to our room. We were on the 6th floor and the views were great, the room was spacious. The bed was super comfy and amenities were awesome. As we were on a tight schedule for the day we wasnr able to check out the secret bar or food. We arrived back late circa 10pm and we had a bottle of bubbly and a cake in our room to celebrate the occasion. There was virtually no street noise and we managed to get to sleep really easy! We very much enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!

Nice overall but ringing reception 4 times with no answer is not acceptable for a 5* hotel. I had no TV the cable was broken easy fix of they could be Bothered to answer.
