Great location, big room, great amenities, helpful staff. Room could have been cleaner, but was comfortable and very spacious. The restaurant Candy had some very nice seafood dishes.

Location is great for cathedral and parks and I bet this hotel was the place to be on the 1970s but it is dated and old fashioned. If you have a large car expect a challenge to park in the spaces of the 14e / day car park. Bed was huge and comfortable and it was clean.

Located in a residential area and within a few minute's walk to the old town, this hotel offers the best of both world. Lobby and room appear dated with dull-colors and somewhat depressing. Could certainly benefit from a bit of cheer.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but there were not many amenities, coffee or teapots. The staff were nice in general. We didn’t receive any perks from the hotel, although the hotel is VIP hotel in the Hotels.com. It could be a fault of Hotels.com not to communicate with the hotel (or other hotels on the website).

It's a 3 Star NOT a 5 star

This is advertised as 5 star hotel. It is not. There were no basic coffee/tea making facility in the room & only a basic shower over bath in the bathroom. Hairdrier did not work in our room and took a long time to get fixed. It has a beautiful foyer & a nice pool area (pool is uniformly deep however) & the service was generally very good. Location is pretty close to the Old Town.
