Great location but.....

The hotel is definitely in a good location. The staff was attentive at check-in. Room was clean. Great water pressure compared to other hotels I've stayed in, in Mexico. The parking situation leaves something to be desired though.

Room and restroom was not the cleanest, staff was not very accommodating, asked for a room downstairs as my husband’s knees are bad but they made zero effort on any accommodations. My checkout was for Monday and when I was out and about on Sunday I get a voicemail from the front desk that my checkout was Sunday, I called them back and it was a mistake on their end. It was just not the greatest place to stay. The only thing that is great about it is the location, definitely great location. They definitely need to remodel the rooms though, they are outdated and definitely in need of upgrades all around!
