Our stay at The Oakes Hotel was amazing! We had a suite on the 18th floor with a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. We also received discount coupons for the hotel’s own restaurants, which offered excellent food and great service. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!

We were disappointed with the I HOP down from the hotel. It was a very expensive breakfast.Staff were amazing but those prices are double from elsewhere around town, The Oakes was just an average place to stay, the staff were all friendly and accomadating but the place was nothing to bragg about. The hotel was just ok. Needs upgrades, its older building and not enough wall outlets for charging phones. There's no microwave in rooms, just a community 1 in lobby downstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom are older and needs upgrades. It wasn't the worse but not the best either.

The room was not the cleanest, the decor is from the 60's, the tub had the seal coming off the wall, there was no breakfast included, not enough towels need to call for more. Towels are not the best and too small. The toilet didnt work properly. They charge 50 a night for parking which is crazy for the price of the hotel. It needs major renovations done to the hole hotel But the only good thing was the view.
