Would stay again for sure

Great hotel, little further than I thought from the station. But felt extremely safe, just didn’t want to lug my luggage. Great shower/bath, bed. Terrible pillows though. So glad I brought my own! Great view from 20th floors
Chaundra, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good area and hotel. The room was a bit small. Great stay otherwise
Marc, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

i just had a brief stay at this hotel but it was fantastic. the hotel has an onsen on the second floor, and includes 4 elevators. The lobby is quite big with helpful staff readily available to help. The room I stayed in was small but clean and comfortable. The location is quite convenient, located near lots of late night restaurants and close to public transport.
Teddy, 3-night trip

Oguz, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Room was pretty nice size, extra security around elevators (can't even access them without a room key). Right across from a Don Quixote as well, so that's never a bad thing. Didn't experience anything bad with the hotel. Kabukicho is just a little roudier at night, so lower floors may hear more commotion. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay!
Matthew, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Small rooms but good enough
Michael herman, 11-night trip

6/10 Good

Very nice hotel, but small room
4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Was a good place, bit confusing with the naming on Expedia Vs on Google maps but the two hotels are only round the corner from one another anyway. Everything else great
Daniel Michael Charles, 7-night trip

6/10 Good

Good hotel but very generic

The stay was ok. The self check in that they do at APA is long winded and very frustrating. The bathrooms are always extremely small. Overall stay was good though. Rooms were clean. We paid for a higher room with a view which was nice.
Martyn J, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I didn’t want for anything. The property was clean and well managed. The staff were pleasant and professional. The location is excellent as a base for shopping and exploring, with public transport conveniently close by.
Jerico, 13-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice
Bryan, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Small but OK for sightseeing

It was ok for sightseeing around Tokyo however the room was extremely small, no room one side of the bed and shuffling room the other side. We had to sit on the bed to allow the other person to get to the bathroom. Clean towels, robes, drinks provisions etc were put outside the room everyday even though we didn’t need them. We only used the towels and even if we just left the used ones out everything was left. We ended up with 6 clean robes before the cleaning day (room cleaned every 3 days). On rainy days umbrellas were provided free of charge which was very much appreciated. It is in the heart of Shinjuku so very lovely with bars and restaurants.
Rosemary, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Everything was great... only down side is when they do the room cleaning every 3 days (which I love) but the times they get to your room is between 8am to 2pm... it varies day by day (makes sense on how busy they are) but the maids wont clean the room while you are in there (which kinnda sucks)
Donavon, 11-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The location was a major highlight it was close to tons of restaurants, clubs, and nightlife spots, which made it super convenient for exploring the city after dark. Whether I wanted a late-night bite or to check out Tokyo’s vibrant club scene, everything was just a short walk away. The only downside was the laundry area. It felt too small and got really crowded, which wasn’t ideal for a hotel of this size. It made doing laundry a bit of a hassle, especially during busy times. That said, I would still recommend this hotel. If you’re looking to stay in the heart of the action and enjoy Tokyo’s food and nightlife, the location alone makes it worth it.
Oniel, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was very small but clean and the staff was was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Checkout was easy but the card drop was placed in the way of people exiting the elevators either leaving the hotel or checking out. It created congestion for those just coming in and out.
