We stayed here one night for a day to while visiting New York. The hotel was fantastic and the location perfect. Really close to all of the main tourist spots. The bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. There was free coffee in the room. We loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby and even stayed in for dinner there.

The staff were friendly and professional. There was a problem with the computer at check in. The line was backed up through the lobby. The staff handed out water and champagne and also offered space to change if they had an event to get to. Th staff did a great job

Five star experience

This was a five star experience! The staff were friendly and wonderful! My room was upgraded to a corner room on the 19th floor, providing awesome views of the city. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The robes were cozy. We had a food credit that we used for room service breakfast- the order was timely, correct and delicious! I would definitely return to this hotel!

The best view and location in Philly

We got a room on the 26th floor. The views were BEYOND AMAZING. We barely wanted to leave the room:) Location is super convenient and amenities were nice. Front desk staff member Veronica is one exceptional professional with the best attitude and personality, which we appreciated. We didn’t get a chance to taste the restaurant of the hotel but had something from the lobby market shop and it was great. DEFINITELY staying here on our next trip to Philadelphia.

Upon check-in, we found garbage from someone's previous visit under the bed. We then called the front desk to have someone rectify this matter. Once we returned to our room later that night, the garbage was all cleared up. Thank you for that! I was disappointed, however, to see that no additional actions were taken to offset our initial frustration with this matter. While I am not expecting a fully comped stay, something above and beyond the minimum should have been done. I will continue to follow up with Hotels.com regarding this.

Very nice hotel. The gym is large and well equipped. King bed room was spacious, very comfortable. Great location. Only complaint is I had limited cell service (AT&T) and couldn’t get the wifi to work even after calling the help line, so had to use my hotspot with a weak cell connection.
