King suite obviously had carpet just cleaned still damp. The overpowering smell of carpet cleaner, bleach and Fabulouso immediately gave us both overwhelming headaches. We left the room for 2 hours and upon our return smell had not disappeared at all. Thankfully they had a regular king available but was still charged for suite.

Too much ghetto behavior

Definitely DIFFERENT. I always expect a certain level of excellence from Hampton Inn and this is my first stay at one run like this. GHETTTTO First, during check in, the staff should tell us that the internet was down and tv wouldn’t be working. That’s a huge part of what you pay for! I had to get on the phone to Hilton Corporate to complain and have yet to be reimbursed anything. During the day the cleaning staff is SO LOUD and not loud talking but banging your door and other doors and the walls with their cleaning utensils. At one point I was literally startled out of my seat. The hot breakfast was served cold, cold eggs and potatoes. Bad customer service also. You have to wait til they serve you and that can be a long wait. They’ll see the food running out and not comment on replacing it. At one point some children came into the cafeteria dripping water from the pool and one of the staff made a point of raising her voice super loudly to embarrass them for wetting the floor. She was angry she had to mop. The final piece was after check out 3 big pick up trucks (maybe they were guests) filled up the driveway and the people stepped out of the trucks at least 10 of them and stood around talking leisurely. No loading or unloading so we had to struggle with our luggage to go back to our cars. This place needs better management and better trained staff. It’s clean but the staff will ruin the Hampton Inn reputation.

Friendly Staff, room was clean, but there were sugar ants in the bathroom. It was no big deal, however, I did not feel safe unless I was in my room. There were large groups of people congregating at the entrance of the lobby and the parking lot at all hours. The crowds were loud and several liquor and beer bottles were in full view. After returning from dinner we had to find an alternate walking path into the hotel from the parking lot because of a loud, foul-language verbal altercation between two men. Will not be recommending this Hampton Inn location in the future.

The employee was very friendly especially the front desk. Very welcoming the only problem was the hot water did not get hot it was warm in all of my groups room. Besides that loved it and oh my god the the restroom for woman downstairs was amazing great idea💯💯💯
