Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets. Staff at the Front Desk were helpful and friendly.

The location is very good, just next to JR Wakayama Station and the bus station. A well known department store is next to it. The staff is very helpful and some of time are good in English. The breakfast is highly recommended. The only area need to be improved is the air condition, it’s better if the wind can be stronger.
