Over priced - poor standard for supposed quality

Over priced!! Pool was like one in Ibiza - loud banging music on a Sunday - really?!! Lifts did what they fancied - didn’t matter what you pressed it randomly went up n down Rooms were ok but our shower flashed hot , and the shower hose wouldn’t stay in one place - not exactly relaxing . Charging for a bottle of water in the room -surely you could offer 1 bottle free. Breakfast while plenty on offer was luke warm - the coffee ( for a country that has a coffee stand every 10 metres ) was bitter, just vile! And the orange juice was liquid sugar. Would I stay again or recommend- no!

Good, central hotel.

Capsis is close to everything: train station, KTEL bus stn, city centre. The swimming pool is an oasis, except for the constant music. It's open 11:00 - 19:00 Buffet breakfast is fabulous. Staff are friendly & helpful. Room was ok, unfortunately the air conditioning unit dripped water on to plug sockets & showers door was broken. Apart from that it was great.

Şehir merkezine yakın olması iyi avantaj, otelin girişi ve restoranı gayet iyi ama odalar çok eski. Neyse ki banyoları çok kötü değildi. Otoparkı var ancak 10euro ücretli. Ücret kısmı tamam ama otelden bir de ulaşabilirseniz otopark için rezervasyon yapmanız gerekiyor.

Skuffet over parkeringsmulighetene. Endte opp på parkeringshus rett bak da hotellet kunne ikke tilby plass grunnet kapasitet. Betalte også ekstra for miljøavgift pr døgn på 10 €, noe som burde være inkludert i prisen når man bestiller på nettet. Bassenget bør ha en bedre hygiene / rens løsning. Frokosten er meeeh…

The Hotel is one of the first very good hotels in Thessaloniki. The location is very good. Right next to the train station and to the metro station, and if someone likes walking, the he/she can always walk towards the city center and discover the city! The room was big and very clean! The isolation though is not the best, but it was nothing extreme to be honest, we still had quiet nights and we slept well! The staff was professional, client-oriented and friendly. Swimming pool was nice and i appreciated that there was a lifeguard! Especially the food at the pool bar was delicious! Breakfast was also very good and there was a variety of food to satisfy everyone!

Es war schön keine Frage, aber für den Preis einfach zu viel Geld Restaurant Sieht super neuwertig und luxuriös aus aber die Zimmer recht veraltet aber das hat mich jetzt nicht so gestört, für das Geld finde ich meiner Meinung nach sollte Abend essen auch inbegriffen sein war sehr schade haben immer draußen gegessen, und was ich aus anderen Ländern nicht kenne der Pool ist nur bis 19 Uhr zugänglich, da er aber draußen ist und dort Temperaturen Herschen die einem natürlich zu viel werden können 38/40c ist es meist oft so das man halt erst ab 17-19 Uhr baden gehen möchte oder man davor eben in der Stadt oder in kühlen molls sich befindet und die Stadt erkundet da ja auch andere schlieszeiten herrschen, also ich habe mein Alltag an die Pool Zeiten legen müssen weil ich wegen dem Pool auch das Hotel gebucht hatte aber wurde immer knapp mit der Zeit wenn man am Tag auch noch was unternehmen möchte und weg fahren will, vielleicht kann man das ja irgendwie ändern und sich da was anderes ausdenken alle die im Pool waren waren immer sehr traurig wenn sie um 19 Uhr raus mussten wo grade die Sonne mal ein bisschen ruhiger war sprich UV Index
