Stayed here for music event at the Co-op. Parked in NCP 10 min walk from hotel, tram to Co-op Live 10 min walk from hotel. Lovely and clean. Liked the hot drinks facilities on each floor (not hot chocolate). Bed wonderful. Quiet overnight but bar lively. Gym facilities. Great location.

Great value, comfortable, bar and food downstairs very good A couple of minor things to improve: bed is a little over firm for more than one or two nights, the swigging mirror on the scaffolding that houses the table and hangers gets in the way in such a small room and is redundant, because there is a full length mirror on the wall. Otherwise a very good experience for the money.

It was a pleasant stay. Air conditioning was working and everything was looking kind of new. There was no fridge which was a big minus for us but I get many people don't need it. TV had streaming capability and shower was pretty good. Check-in was via computer but it was fast. Good experience overall!
