It was extremely difficult to find an affordable hotel on a Friday night in Matsumoto. This hotel is a little far from the station but in a walking distance and there is a bus that stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is new and modern yet it also has a nice public bath too. I arrived late but it was in a safe neighborhood. It was so cool to see the Matsumoto castle from my room window when I woke up in the morning.

It was fine. Small-ish town so we weren’t exactly in the centre of things but easily walkable in 5 - 10 minutes to get to the ‘old’ part of town. Price was fine. They had an onset which we didn’t take partake of with separate baths for men and women. Breakfast was certainly adequate.

夜だと駐車場の場所がわかりにくい。 駐車場の場所も写真があるとわかりやすかった。 対応してくれたスタッフは外国の方でしたが、駐車場の場所や、受付の対応が誠実でとてもよかった。 大浴場があり、疲れた体が癒やされた。 お風呂に入りたい！って人にはおすすめ！ 部屋もキレイ。USB充電が１カ所しかないので１人以外の宿泊アダプターを持参するのをおすすめします

Comfortable great location cute town

This hotel was a great little find. Very affordable and comfortable. A business hotel so they had laundry service in Japanese public bath on site. Matsumoto is a cute little town and very walkable from the hotel. Also, the hotel is literally two blocks from Matsumoto castle, a great location.

Comfortable Hotel Near Matsumoto Castle

I had a great stay here. The hotel is about a 13–15 minute walk from the station and conveniently close to Matsumoto Castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed my time. Highly recommended!
