O atendimento da equipe do hotel foi, no geral, eficaz, cordial e prestativo. No check-in, um ponto negativo foi que tive que esperar bastante antes de ter meu quarto liberado, pois os recepcionistas não tinham certeza se meu quarto estaria limpo. Justificaram que o hotel estava muito cheio devido à Maratona de Porto Alegre. De qualquer forma, cheguei depois do horário do início do check-in. Logo, acredito que essa organização pode melhorar. No quarto estava tudo certo com exceção de três pontos: a janela do banheiro estava quebrada e não fechava completamente; os portas toalhas estavam quebrados e sujos de tinta; e, no box do banheiro a água empoçava muito, o que indicava que o ralo poderia estar parcialmente entupido. As camas eram confortáveis e tudo estava bem limpo. O espaço do quarto era muito bom. Serviço de restaurante muito bom no café da manhã e no jantar. Apesar dos pequenos inconvenientes, o hotel atendeu às minhas necessidades e pode melhorar facilmente com algumas manutenções simples sendo feitas.

Deixo aqui sugestão para o café da manhã: Senti falta de uma sanduicheira para fazer misto quente. Também senti falta de requeijão. Vi que haviam duas marcas de manteiga. Poderiam comprar uma marca apenas e abrir espaço para o requeijão.

Primeiramente, a localização: central, prática para obter transporte e serviços; cabe cuidado nas saídas e chegadas noturnas, mas isso é corriqueiro em qualquer metrópole. Terminarei em uma nota positiva, mas vou começar pelo que me desagradou. Conheço a bandeira Nacional Inn há anos, já havia ficado em outras unidades Brasil afora. Juntando isso às fotos que vi aqui no app, tinha expectativas muito melhores em relação ao estado de conservação das instalações e aparatos. No quarto: as toalhas, travesseiros e roupas de cama estavam limpas, sem dúvida, mas surradas de tanto uso; além disso, o teto do box estava totalmente desfeito/desencaixado, com fiações e tubulações aparentes. Os elevadores precisam de um retrofit e revisão. O café da manhã é bem servido no que oferece, temperaturas de alimentos e bebidas estavam corretas, a reposição é constante; faltam mais opções menos calóricas (suco de envelope foi o ponto baixo), mas isso não desabona o serviço como um todo, haja vista ao tarifário. Por fim, fica um sincero elogio a toda equipe: profissionais educados, gentis e prestativos. Quer seja na recepção, no restaurante ou governança, fui bem atendido por todo mundo. Souberam contornar, de forma exemplar, os pontos a melhorar.
