La habitación olía mal… en el desayuno todos los lácteos estaban en mal estado y por los más de 350 pesos por persona no los vale. Las albercas estaban sucias y en general le falta mucho mantenimiento a la propiedad. Una pena.

La habitación estuvo bien, sólo que se nota que claramente están remodelando. Todo el hotel nos mandaron a una habitación ya vieja, en si no le falló nada, pero se sentía así vieja. Por otro lado, la caja de seguridad no funcionaba correctamente. La gente de Servicio muy atenta siempre y todo muy bien, pero hubo detalles en general que no me hicieron sentir también como en otros caminos real a los que he estado.

El servicio de camareras Muy bueno más el servicio de bufet muy caro respecto a la calidad , en Mty por un bufet de ese costo hay barbacoa, menudo, pozole , huevos al gusto y mucho más variedad en fruta y panes Estacionamientos muy sucio y jardineros trabajando muy temprano despertando el descanso de huéspedes , baño muy ruidoso solo funcionaba la luz con extractor luz sola ni funcionaba en sanitario

El hotel tiene bonitos jardines, tiene una excelente ubicación, el personal es muy amable, pero sus instalaciones son muy viejas, la habitación que nos tocó no tenía papel sanitario, la regadera estaba rota y no era cómoda para bañarse, se reportó sin embargo no hubo respuesta. El estacionamiento lo cobran en $50.00 diarios, pero no te garantiza que encuentres lugar. Hace falta organización en la llegada del hotel, un autobús estuvo tapando el pase y tuvimos que esperar a que movieran la serie de vehículos y que terminaran de descargar las maletas del autobús, nos generó un retraso importante en nuestro compromiso.
