Beautiful grounds with great location

Camino real is located walking distance from sa nice hopping center and approximately 20 minute ride to downtown. The grounds our exquisite gardens, great food a nice gym and excellent customer service. The rooms are relatively spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice water flow shower head.

Pésima experiencia

Check in súper tardado, solo hay una persona para atender, y había una señora que llevaba 7 niños y todos tenían una habitación diferente, no llevaban el dinero a la mano, hacían llamadas a sus papás para que les depositaran el dinero, etc y tardando más de 25” en que nos atendieran. A media noche que llegamos a nuestro cuarto, encontramos el cuarto sucio, el bote de basura lleno de botellas de licor, refrescos, bolsas de papas y cacahuates, lo que indicaba que del cliente anterior no habían hecho el cuarto. Nos dieron la habitación del final y como no hay ventilación lleno de mosquitos, la puerta del cuarto estaba llena de estos insectos y al entrar al cuarto se metían, instalación descuidadas, marco de la habitación roto. Nos querían dar otro cuarto y olía a humedad/ encerrado. Al estacionarnos por la noche, nos encontramos que no hay lugar disponible en el estacionamiento. Han pasado 6 días y no nos han hecho el reembolso de nuestro dinero, ni tienen la amabilidad y profesionalismo de dar seguimiento al mismo, mucho menos hablemos de una disculpa a tan mala experiencia. Es un hotel que ni cercanamente a encuentra en la categoría de lo que es un camino real. No llega ni a dos estrellas. Que triste que uno se va por lo que representa esta cadena de hoteles y es realmente terrible la experiencia.
