Could be better…

Check in was great! I should have asked to change rooms as soon as we arrived. Room had a stale musty smell, luckily we had a balcony to open it up and get fresh air. Unfortunately there was broken glass on the balcony from whenever. Windows extra dirty. Half used lotion bottle. Had to call front desk on neighbors at 1am and again at 5, so I got very little rest. I’m a Marriott rewards member, but got a better rate on hotels.com and I seriously feel like they should give me a refund.
