It was very unfortunate how dirty the rooms were because the location is perfect. You have dining and activities right nearby. The rooms however were disgusting. I found mold in the mini refrigerator and on the lamp shade. The bed sheets were also dirty and the couch had a massive hole in it.

A friend and I stayed two nights for concerts in Charlotte, and the place was great. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, plenty of parking, and an Asian food hall just across the street.

Room clearly had been smoked in, front desk said there were no other rooms and gave us some air freshener. Went to make the pullout bed, and there were no linens and the mattress was filthy. Would never recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed pillows were small and square. I asked at the front desk for additional pillows and we were given 2 brand new standard size pillows. We did have a constant drip in our tub/shower. The common breakfast area in the lobby could use some new chairs as they were very worn. Overall, the stay was fine for a couple of nights.
