Good location, sub-par everything else.

Had to wait 30 minutes to check in due to a very senior lady getting signed up for their bonus program holding everyone up. Having some backup ready in the reception might have been a good idea... Had a silverfish in my bathroom on the 6th floor. Bartender on the bottom floor was awol, the other took a phone call and ignored us, when the first guy returned he went sour due to us paying separatly. Sounds from the street went right through as you might have expected from the location. Thats just about all it got going for itself, it's location. Soundprooing and service courses needed.

Jag hade bokat 2 rum men var tvungen att sätta ett andra namn på ena rummet. Skulle checka in oss alla så det var klart till resten av gänget skulle komma. Men fick inte ens rummet som hade andra namnet trots att jag är den som bokade. Otroligt irriterande och ej hjälpsam receptionist. Ok hotell, lite tråkigt urval på frukost. Beställde Caesar sallad nere i restaurangen till lunch, parmesanen var seg, måste legat framme eller utan att vara inpackad.

Perhehuoneen ikkuna katolle oli hiukan tylsä, mutta ehkä sen ansiosta hiljainen, katujen äänet eivät kuuluneet. Henkilökunta oli ihanan ystävällistä ja huomioivaa, jopa muutaman sanan osasivat suomea. Ehkä Kaj:n Bara bada bastu on meitä lähentänyt. Harmi, etten ehtinyt käydä testaamassa Rubinenin saunaa tai kattoterassia. Aamupalalla oli todella laajasti eri valikoimaa, mikä oli iloinen yllätys. Normisettien lisäksi tuorepuuroa, smoothieta ja inkiväärishottia, tykkäsin.

Bra hotell, utmärkt läge på Avenyn. Trevlig personal, hovmästaren vid frukosten var underbar! Mysigt rum. Det enda negativa under vistelsen var de hopplösa, små hissarna. Antingen var de överfulla eller så levde de sitt eget liv och hoppade över våningar där folk skulle av. Överlag en angenäm vistelse.
