The pool is closed. Total bait and switch. They don’t advertise that the pool is closed and we stayed here so our children could swim. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America after this. No discount was offered, no refund. The corporate leaders need to be forced to stay in a hotel room after their kids go down to swim and it’s 110 degrees. Staff is awesome. Clean hotel. Not forgiving the bait and switch.

The front desk girl was amazing! So kind & helpful. The overall experience was great. The only thing I can say is the room we stayed in had an issue with the bathroom door getting stuck from the inside. Someone had to open it from the outside to get out.
