Not a good surprise

Check in was good then we walked into our room. There was only one night stand by the bed, a very uncomfortable wooden chair, a decent desk chair, no luggage stand and only one cup. In the bathroom the shower head dripped and on the floor of the shower was what appeared to be a patched crack or something. (I should have taken pictures) The next morning housekeeping came as we were showering and getting ready to go to a funeral and I asked them to return later which they did not and we had to ask for them to attend the next day. Over all I will never stay at that hotel again.

Lot's of hotels say they are pet friendly but want to charge $30-50 for a pet to stay. This hotel really was PET FRIENDLY with no charge. Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Quiet even though it was close to I-40. Best value we've had in years. A++

I have saved to this property three times and the last time I stayed here they had given me permission to leave my pets there so I can go and get my paycheck and 30 minutes later told me that

I was disappointed in the room. Our sheets were ripped up, no comforter or quilt on the bed and we were cold, not enough pillows, only 2 towels for a room with 4 people in it, no hot water in the shower, no blow dryer, no USB ports and stains on the bedding.

Maybe Skip This Hotel

The room was a minimal basic room. The room itself was clean, just very worn. The bathroom was where I had the issue. It wasn't very clean and there was rust and mold. The mirror was cracked, and the toilet paper holder had something growing in it. I'm not super picky, but it just grossed me out. On a positive note, the staff at check-in was extremely friendly and kind.

Seriously the worst hotel ive ever stayed in and I only did because of the hotels.com 8.2 review! Lets see Barely any toilet paper, no tissue, no extra pillows or blankets, i could almost see through the towels, the shower had no door and literally filled the bathroom floor w water so i guess I shouldn’t have been surprised that the shower floor was SO spongy that it felt like I was going to fall through the floor!
