Nicest hotel that we stayed during our Switzerland trip. Excellent facility and super courteous staff. While it lacked views of the Matterhorn, the two minute walk to the train station was very convenient. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is super convenient to the train station(s), but it is either sound proof or the trains are quiet because we didn’t hear anything. The spa is great for relaxing. Staff were friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed everything!

Stayed 3 nights with a friend. The hotel is beautiful with lots of great amenities. Although there was no AC, I found the room comfortable with the Dyson fan provided and window open in the evening. Breakfast had a great selection. Always started the day fueled. the afternoon coffee, tea, cookies and cake were a very nice touch. The location is unbeatable - a very short walk to the trains and cable cars. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great location. Amazing team, comfortable beds, the BEST hospitality. I left my purse with my passport, bank card and all of my cash for the trip in Play room of the hotel over night. Got everything back in the morning by house keeping staff who took it to receptionist. So glad we stayed at SCHLOSS Zermat.

Stellar service! Beautiful rooms. Very nice spa amenities including sauna, steam room, and various showers with different refreshing essential oils and varying temperatures. One of our party became too ill to travel, and the hotel graciously helped us arrange an additional night stay. Our first room was booked, but they found us a new room just down the hall, made it possible to move directly from old room to new room immediately after checkout from first room without even bringing bags down to front desk. We would have loved the hotel regardless, but the kind compassionate professional service from the staff was phenomenal and really pushed Schloss Zermatt to the very top. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Absolute gem of a hotel! Incredible value for money. Service: A+ The service is friendly & warm and you can tell that the staff really cares about the property. Kika at the front desk welcomed us, showed us our room & even made great suggestions for dinner (Zermatt Kitchen). Amenities: A+ We had the entire spa area to ourselves on a Saturday - 12pm onwards, with a few people joining after an hour or so. All very respectful & polite. Yes, the spa is nude & mixed male / female. BUT --> There are towels & thin fabrics provided to fully cover yourself. I am a bit conservative & shy, but did not feel uncomfortable at all. I say Go for it! Because the spa amenities really are top notch. You will be wow'ed. Cleanliness: A+ The cleaning staff works so, so hard. Hats off to you guys! Location: A+ Right near the train station. A 15 minute walk to the gondolas up for hikes. Restaurants everywhere. Casa Mia right next store is also lovely. We stayed at the height of hiking season (mid-late August). Will definitely stay here again. The management & team should be proud.
