We had a brief 12 hour stay in Quito. This was perfect as it was close to the airport. ($10 taxi- which was probably high since they saw Gringos). The accommodations had all that we needed. Sizes of the rooms varied. Check in was easy. And breakfast delivered to us was a fun plus!

Awesome hotel

This is a relatively new hotel very near the airport. It was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We had an early flight out and caught the free shuttle the hotel offers at 4am and was at the terminal at 4:10. Great place to stay.

The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly or helpful. Several basic items missing from the room. The airport shuttle to the airport early in the morning was much appreciated though.

The property is great for a one night stay from the airport. It’s clean, staff are helpful and the property is also clean. I was irked that staff wanted to charge me more for a room a booked through Expedia. I was also irked that staff was informing me that they would complain to Expedia about the issue. It was an awkward 2 mins but other than that my stay was good.

BEWARE: a RESERVATION means NOTHING

Booked one month in advance, only to be told they had no room for us. Due to the paro nacional, there were no other rooms available in the area. We ended up sleeping on the airport floor, even though we had a reservation! To add insult to injury, they did not communicate anything to us about the cancellation. We spent $10 on a taxi to be told we have no room. They gave us a ride back to the airport, but they refused to reimburse our useless time and expense getting to the hotel for nothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The room I was in was next to the reception with Absalutley no sound dampening the window could be open with zero effort so could not be secured, the locked parking lot was right outside the window, and the people who parked in there came and went through the night and the only way that they could get in or out was to honk repeatedly for the attendent who was not very attentive, so there was zero sleep to be had so when I began the 28 hour flight home I was already exhausted ,when I complained that it was impossible to sleep they did not seem to care at all

朝食を食べる部屋があったので、そちらでしばらく待っていましたが、スタッフが誰もおらず、部屋に戻ったら朝食を運んできてくれました。空港へのシャトルバスサービスもどこで待っていればいいかわからず、レセプションに行きましたが誰もおらず、少し案内不足かと思いました。

Front desk staff very friendly even arriving arriving after midnight, show me where to park and then walked with me to my room. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and then the next morning they will hand deliver you breakfast. It has been one of my best experiences in Ecuador and not a big hotel chain. AAA+

At the last minute property sent a message stating the room rates were not correct in Expedia. When requested the room rates poperty never responded. I was stuck finding a room at the last minute somewhere else.

One night stay

Stayed one night for a layover in Quito. Very close to the airport, simple amenities but enough for one night. They offered free shuttle service to the airport, I just gave the driver a tip. Would recommend for airport layovers.
